The mission of the Winchester Business Association is to help businesses located in the Winchester Boulevard area achieve success locally and identify resources to improve the economic vitality of the Winchester community and the City of San Jose.

Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at the Winchester Mystery House. In addition to monthly Association business meetings, the WBA offers monthly networking mixers. Speaker topics at the association meetings range from business-building ideas to legal and operational information of general interest to the membership.
